We had a disappointing experience during our two-week stay. The lack of air conditioning for half the time and the uncomfortable bed made it hard to relax. However, the location was decent, and we appreciated the owner's initial promise regarding our early check-out, even though there was confusion with the front desk. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place based on our experience.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, with a vibrant atmosphere and beautifully renovated spaces. The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main attractions and restaurants. While the pool area was relaxing, the noise from the patio did disrupt my sleep at times. Overall, it felt like great value for money with delightful homemade breakfasts and a lovely ambiance.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, offering a nice view of the pool. However, the glass sliding doors didn’t provide much privacy, forcing us to change in the bathroom.

Hotel Zamna offers an incredible blend of modern amenities and colonial charm without breaking the bank. The clean and stylish rooms come with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. I loved spending time in the peaceful courtyard pool area. The only downside was the lukewarm shower water. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for those exploring the area.

My stay at Zamna Boutique Hotel was truly delightful! The location is ideal for exploring the vibrant streets of Merida, and I felt welcomed by the warm hospitality of the owners. The room was spacious and immaculate, with a lovely view of the pool. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh and varied options. However, the area leading to the hotel had a few less appealing blocks, so it took a moment to adjust. Overall, the value for money was excellent.

The location was perfect for walking to many restaurants and attractions, being just blocks away from the city center. Although the first few blocks were somewhat run-down, Merida felt very safe to explore on foot.

I just returned from a delightful 6-day stay in Merida, using Hotel Zamna as my home base. It truly felt like staying at my own house with an incredibly helpful front desk that assisted with everything from tour bookings to recommendations for local dining. The breakfast was a great way to start each day, and the hotel's central spot made exploring the city a breeze. However, not all aspects were perfect, as the bathroom in my room was quite small and there were some service hiccups at times.
